There are 5 options for locations on our property to host events: 

The Barn, The Saloon, The Barn Pavilion, The Saloon Pavilion and any Pad Site.

*You can also use our new 18 hole Frisbee Golf Course And/Or our 19 Hole Disc Golf Course at no charge the day of the wedding.

WE ARE 420, PET and LGBTQ+ FRIENDLY

The Barn

  • 8400 sq ft inside floor space (fits up to 500 guests)

  • barn rental for six (6) hours total event time

    • Advanced access granted for getting ready, and setup, if needed (we have two private spaces for the wedding party)

    • Barn rental for five hours

    • One hour outside for lawn ceremony if desired
  • Includes tables and chairs (facility owed) in barn 

  • Access for décor set up day of event, unless building is not in use the day(s) before

  • Space to get ready the morning of the event 

  • Bathrooms in the restaurant space

  • An experienced coordinator to get you through ceremony and introductions!

  • Access to the saloon Fri/Sat nights to enjoy the public party/restaurant/rehearsal party!

  • Access to the fun park amenities all weekend for your guests!

  • Lifetime access for the couple to the new fun park and all amenities for life!

The Saloon

  • 1500 sq ft banquet side, 1680 sq ft bar side = 3380 sq ft total (bar is 300 sq ft)

  • Fits formal seated parties of up to 70 guests, cocktail style to 150 guests

  • Includes tables and chairs inside (facility owned)

  • Includes extra hour outside for lawn ceremony, if needed

  • getting ready spaces if available for wedding events

The Barn Pavilion

  • approx. 30' x 40' covered pavilion, gravel floor, lawn area surrounding the immediate area

  • Fits formal seated parties of up to 60 guests, cocktail style to 100 + guests

  • Includes tables and chairs  (facility owned)

  • Includes fire pit if desired

  • charcoal grill (charcoal not provided)

  • bathrooms

  • power

 

The Saloon Pavilion

  • approx. 17' x 45' covered pavilion, gravel/dirt floor, huge backyard fun area and lawn

  • Fits formal seated parties of up to 40 guests, cocktail style to 100 + guests

  • Includes tables and chairs/picnic tables  (facility owned)

  • Includes fire pit if desired

  • charcoal grill (charcoal not provided)

  • Includes horse shoe pits and bocce ball court

Ranch Wedding Experience:  $3500-$7000 (final pricing in person at tour time, based on the date you chose)

($1000 deposit due at booking to secure  date. Payment schedule based on the number of months before wedding.)

 

Pavilion Pricing for non-wedding events:  $250++ depending on date, for 4 hours (not counting set up)

($full amount due at booking)

 

The Pad Sites

  • We have several pre-set pad sites on property where you can set up a tent of any size

  • You have to bring in everything that is needed, usually including tents, tables, chairs, dance floor, power, restrooms.

 

Pad Site Pricing:  Any day rental: $5000.00 for 6 hours (not counting set up)

($1000 deposit due at booking to secure date, 1000 due at half way point. Balance due 30 days before event)

Food and Bar Service: provided by JFC Catering

Minimum charge for bar service, up to 100 people, includes all non-alcoholic beverages:  $500.00

Food Service inclusive packages start at $68.00 adult/$30.00 children under 15

TO GET A FINAL PRICE QUOTE WITH ANY APPLICABLE DISCOUNTS, YOU MUST COME FOR A TOUR.

Things you must remember:

  • Entertainment, photo booth or vendors using power must have $1,000,000 liability insurance in place before booking them and must submit certificate to us to confirm

  • Couple is required to secure $1,000,000 liability insurance as well

    • Pricing begins at $100 through our provider​

    • Can very easily be added to your homeowner’s or rental policy, as well

  • Our in house caterer is responsible for setting up, breaking down, moving all chairs, benches and tables, garbage removal, and soft cleaning of floors and grounds.

  • Alcohol is provided by our licensed caterer

  • You have use of the bon fire pit (weather permitting) at no charge for one hour after wedding

  • We have a 5 bedroom, 2 bath flat on property available to rent if you desire and a 1 bedroom attached apartment. (see below)

  • Right next store (within walking distance) is an RV campground perfect for those looking to camp.

  • We have relationships with local hotels for room blocks once you are booked with us

  • Barn is rented as is at time of contract. Improvements happen regularly, but are not guaranteed

  • Barn rental does not include the displayed burlap tablecloths and centerpieces, they are for display purposes​​

    • All other décor pieces (bars, dressers, tables, signs, etc) are included in the rental​ of barn

                                                                              The Bunkhouse

6 bedroom, 3 bath building (2 spaces, 1 building)

  • Bunkhouse:        5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms

  • The Den:             1 bedroom, 1 bathroom               

 

What we include:

  • All queen beds             

  • Paper towels and toilet paper                               

  • Microwave, stove and fridge in each kitchen

  • Basic cooking pots

  • Faberge ‘K cup’ Coffee makers                                

  • Heat, A/C and power

  • Garbage cans/liners                                                    

  • Flat screen TV’s to hook devices to

  • Broom/dust pan/mop, basic cleaners

  • Firepit area

 

What you must bring/we do NOT provide:

  • Paper products to eat with (plates/utensils/cups)            

  • Food/drinks

  • Toiletries (soap/shampoo/etc)

  • Wifi-you can create a hot spot with a device for service

  • Renter is required to secure $1,000,000 liability insurance as well

 

Bunkhouse Pricing:  $1500.00 first night, $1250.00 for additional nights.
